Founded in 2018 as the Annual Juneteenth Freedom Festival, our work began with a commitment to honoring freedom, culture, history, and community.
Today, that vision has grown into Voices of Freedom Collective Foundation, a vibrant nonprofit organization creating programs that help individuals and families access the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Our belief is simple.
When people have access to knowledge, resources, and opportunity, entire communities become stronger, healthier, and more free.
The Annual Juneteenth Freedom Festival
What began as a celebration of freedom has become a cornerstone of our community work. The Annual Juneteenth Freedom Festival brings people together to honor history, celebrate culture, elevate local voices, and create space for education, connection, and collective joy.
Through this signature event, we continue to recognize Juneteenth not only as a historic milestone, but as a living reminder of the work required to build opportunity, dignity, and freedom for future generations.
