Voices of Freedom Collective Foundation was founded on a simple but powerful belief:

Our organization began in 2018 with the creation of the Annual Juneteenth Freedom Festival, a community-centered celebration honoring freedom, culture, history, and resilience. What started as a single event quickly revealed a deeper need: communities thrive when people have access to opportunities, resources, education, and platforms that allow their voices to be heard.
As our impact grew, so did our vision.
Today, Voices of Freedom Collective Foundation is a vibrant nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and uplifting communities through meaningful programs and initiatives that create lasting change.

Voices of Freedom Collective Foundation is led by founder and Executive Director Dianna Guilbeaux Ross, a Gulf Coast native, dedicated community leader, and passionate advocate for community empowerment.
Through her leadership, the organization has grown from the Annual Juneteenth Freedom Festival into a broader movement focused on education, opportunity, civic engagement, cultural celebration, and community development.
